Cannon Music Camp

Registration is closed as we prepare for next year's camp! Thinking ahead to 2027?

• Returning campers: 2026 campers will receive an email notification when it is time to register. We anticipate registration for 2027's camp will open in November for returning campers.
• New campers: Registration will open to new campers in December. We cannot accept pre-registrations or reservations for 2027, but if you would like to be notified when registration opens for new campers, subscribe to our Cannon Music Camp e-mail newsletter and you'll be the first to hear the news!

Camp dates are June 19 - July 10, 2027.
Campers interested in scholarships should plan to apply shortly after camp registration opens.

Summary of the camp application process

(links and full details will be available when the application process opens)

• Step 1: There will be a registration form in which to enter the student's information and make your initial $150 payment ($100 deposit + $50 nonrefundable application fee). This will secure your seat in your instrument section while you complete the rest of the process. The price for 2027 will be published as registration opens. 2026's price was $3,150. Concerned about costs? • Step 2: There will be a photo/video/sound release form to sign and return by email.
• Step 3: The student will request recommendations from their music teacher and a school administrator by sending them links to official recommendation surveys provided by the camp.
• Step 4: A medical/health form will be required for each camper.
• Acceptance: The camper and family will receive an email when the forms and deposit have been completed and the camper has been accepted. 

Scholarship tips

Once registration opens, be sure you apply for a scholarship if you anticipate needing one! Learn more on our Scholarships page. Many students will be eligible for a scholarship of some kind, but you will need to apply or audition for a scholarship even if you have attended camp previously and/or received a scholarship from us before. You can apply for a scholarship either before or after you register for camp. If you apply for and receive a scholarship offer for 2027, you will need to complete all the other camp application steps and be accepted to camp in order to have the scholarship applied to your balance.
